Job Description

Will be responsible to work on multiple projects simultaneously, creating system requirements, developing application code, coordinating testing and deployments. Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with technology partners to provide optimized solutions with focus on improving efficiency. Collaborate and work with business owners to provide optimal alignment, approach, and design. Key Responsibilities > Work with complex projects in identifying business requirements and creating project and process specifications for new and/or enhanced systems. Act as the primary liaison between technology and business units. Assist the department with determining how best to use our existing technology or how to integrate new assets. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business partners across the business unit and with technology partners. Some of the duties you can expect to perform including Analyzing customer needs and other data, developing requirements and test cases, leading testing, and implementation, analyzing current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and providing training and support to users. >Create, build, and maintain reporting functionalities using different tools like Power BI, Power App, and SQL > Project management > Leadership responsibilities Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent 8-10 years of total experience working in similar functions. People management experience of at least 1 year. Understanding of the US financial system, products, services, and regulatory system. Working knowledge of different tools like Power BI, Power App, SQL Experience with Agile/JIRA Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree In-depth knowledge of performance metrics. Able to prepare and deliver presentations based on data received and analyzed.
