Manager - Audit-Business

Job Description: You will be working as a Manager in an individual contributor role with team and people management responsibilities. If supervisory, your span of control would be around 18-20 members. You will act as the Performance Manager for 3-4 appraisees and lead the career development of team members. Your reporting will be to a Manager/Sr. Manager. The geographical area you will be supporting is Holland. Your work timings are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, subject to client deliverables and commitments.
