Job Description

As a Manager in this role, you will be an individual contributor with team and people management responsibilities. If supervisory, your span of control would be 18-20 members. You will act as the Performance Manager to 3-4 appraisees and lead the career development of team members. You will be reporting to a Manager/Senior Manager and supporting the geo of Holland. Your work timings will be from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, subject to client deliverables and commitments.,
