Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage an offshore team delivering audit and assurance services to clients in the North America region.
Oversee the planning, execution, and review of assurance engagements, ensure compliance with US and Canadian accounting and auditing standards, and maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Collaborate closely with onshore teams, provide technical guidance to team members, and contribute to process improvements and team development.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 years experience in audit/assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience working with North American clients or in US/Canadian audit environments preferred
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Canadian GAAP, and related auditing standards
Excellent communication, team management, and client service skills
