Manager Internal Audit (Concurrent & Commercial)
Location: Ahmedabad Head Office
Department: Audit
Reports to: Head Audit
The Manager Internal Audit (Concurrent & Commercial) will be responsible for executing and supervising concurrent audits, commercial process audits, financial controls review, and risk-based audits across the organizations real estate projects and corporate functions. The role ensures compliance, strengthens internal controls, identifies process gaps, and recommends improvements to enhance governance, operational efficiency, and commercial discipline.
• Good understanding of real estate business processes: Sales, CRM, Projects, Contracts, Procurement, Finance & Legal.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, contract review, and cost control. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and audit tools. • Ability to conduct investigation and fraud risk assessment when required.
