THE ROLE

As an Audit Associate / Senior Audit Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality statutory audits using a structured Audit Tool and methodology. You will independently perform audit procedures, prepare compliant working papers, interact with client management, and contribute to delivering impactful audit outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead & Execute Statutory Audits

• Perform audits in line with SAs, Companies Act, and reporting frameworks
• Conduct planning, scoping, risk assessment, analytical review, sampling, and testing
• Support CARO reporting, financial statement review, and audit conclusions

Work with Digital Audit Tools

• Execute end-to-end audit workflow on Audit Tool
• Maintain digital working papers, checklists, review notes, and issue logs
• Ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance in documentation

Own Your Assignments

• Handle engagements independently with minimal supervision
• Liaise with client stakeholders for data, explanations, reconciliations, and clarifications
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting expectations

Deliver World-Class Documentation

• Prepare audit files aligned with:
• ICAI standards
• Peer Review norms
• Quality control frameworks
• Document procedures, evidence, conclusions, and findings coherently

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified (Articleship completed)
Experience in Statutory Audit execution Familiarity with Audit Tools / digital audit platforms Strong grounding in SAs, Accounting Standards / Ind-AS, CARO, and materiality concepts Ability to independently manage fieldwork and documentation
