Manager / Associate Manager Partner Programs

As a Partner Program Manager at greytHR, you will have a vital role in collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the alignment and scalability of partner-led Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Your responsibilities will include executing partner programs from onboarding to engagement, monitoring program milestones and performance metrics, and driving new initiatives and proof of concepts (POCs) to enhance operational efficiency. You will be accountable for building reports on return on investment (ROI), utilization, and performance, thereby ensuring a balance between resource efforts and business outcomes. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partner queries and communications, you will also participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), partner business reviews, and GTM planning with regional partner teams. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role to design and execute effective partner programs. You will support partner events, training rollouts, and marketing initiatives, while preparing executive summaries and reports for leadership reviews based on reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in partner program management, channel operations, or ecosystem enablement, preferably in the SaaS/Tech industry. Hands-on experience in POCs, pilot testing, and resource optimization is essential, along with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools, as well as excellent verbal and written communication, will be necessary to excel in this position.,
