Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to manage our real estate portfolio in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage the real estate portfolio and provide in-depth analysis for the allotted region, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistency.

Conduct periodic asset quality reviews through project site visits, data analysis, and meetings to monitor the portfolio.

Ensure post-disbursement compliance as per sanction terms, including security perfection and charge creation.

Identify early warning signals and prepare timely Asset Quality Review notes covering exposure movements, compliances, RERA, and projections vs actual variances.

Liaise with audit firms, legal and technical vendors for timely reports.

Participate in preparing facility documents for disbursements and follow up on Post Disbursal documents (PDD), preparing and publishing MIS.

Work on SICR reporting to NHB and handle internal and external audits.

Perform process mapping and improvement related to the business, manage NOC and issuance, and oversee escrow account management.

Job

CA or MBA in Finance degree.

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, broking, and credit risk management.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
