Position Overview


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual retail targets.

  • Monitor and ensure the quality and quantity of test drives to enhance customer engagement and improve conversions.

  • Plan and execute activations, local promotions, and marketing initiatives to support enquiry generation.

  • Ensure accurate, timely updating and reporting of booking, retail, and enquiry data across all systems.

  • Analyze sales funnel metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion ratios from enquiry to retail.

  • Identify training needs and drive capability-building initiatives for dealership sales staff.

  • Motivate and guide dealership teams to improve productivity, customer handling, and overall performance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to sales processes, customer interaction protocols, and organizational standards.

  • Promote the usage and adoption of digital tools, CRM systems, and digital retail platforms across dealerships.

  • Monitor and manage dealer financial parameters including working capital, inventory health, stock aging, and outstanding reduction.

  • Coordinate closely with dealer principals and sales teams to implement corrective actions and business improvement plans.

  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition activities, customer expectations, and dealership performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in automotive sales, channel management, or dealership operations.

  • Excellent understanding of retail sales processes, customer lifecycle, and test-drive management.

  • Proven ability to drive enquiry generation and improve conversion ratios.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and recommend actionable insights.

  • Good communication, coaching, and team motivation skills.

  • Experience with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance across dealerships.

  • Bachelors degree required.
