Job Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade projects
Work with business stakeholders to create project plans & delivery methodology
Coordinate across functional (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical (integration, data migration, reporting) teams
Manage project budget, timelines, risk mitigation and quality
Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and methodologies AIM, Oracle Cloud Method
Conduct regular project status reports, steering committee updates and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators and internal teams
Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support
Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies
