AIOT & Tv Manager –South OT Position Summary: The role is responsible for driving sales performance across TV and AIOT categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives through strategic channel development, partner coordination, and sales team management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Achievement: Drive and ensure the achievement of sell-in targets for TV and AIOT product lines. Promote model mix optimization, focusing on larger screen sizes and premium SKUs. Scheme Execution & Coordination: Collaborate with the Category Team to implement tie-up schemes for partners. Manage rollout of sales incentives for Territory Leaders (TLs), promoters, and store managers. Deploy and monitor demo schemes to enhance product visibility and customer experience. Sell-Out Enablement: Provide regular market and placement insights to KAMs, TLs, and promoters to drive sell-out. Track performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to meet business KPIs. Claims & Settlements: Ensure timely compilation and settlement of partner claims to maintain trust and financial hygiene. Channel Development: Identify, develop, and manage sales channels to expand market coverage and penetration. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. Job Requirements: Education: Full-time undergraduate degree or higher. Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile phone or 3C consumer electronics industries. Skills: Strong sales target achievement and channel management skills. Excellent customer negotiation and sales team leadership abilities. Experience in seasonal product promotion strategies.
