Manager - AIOT & TV (South - Organized Trade)

The role of AIOT & Tv Manager South OT entails driving sales performance across TV and AIOT categories to ensure alignment with business objectives through strategic channel development, partner coordination, and sales team management. Responsibilities include driving the achievement of sell-in targets for TV and AIOT product lines, promoting model mix optimization focusing on larger screen sizes and premium SKUs, collaborating with the Category Team to implement tie-up schemes for partners, managing rollout of sales incentives for Territory Leaders (TLs), promoters, and store managers, and deploying and monitoring demo schemes to enhance product visibility and customer experience. The AIOT & Tv Manager South OT is also responsible for providing regular market and placement insights to KAMs, TLs, and promoters to drive sell-out, tracking performance metrics, initiating corrective actions to meet business KPIs, ensuring timely compilation and settlement of partner claims to maintain trust and financial hygiene, identifying, developing, and managing sales channels to expand market coverage and penetration, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. The ideal candidate should hold a full-time undergraduate degree or higher, possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the mobile phone or 3C consumer electronics industries, and demonstrate strong sales target achievement and channel management skills, excellent customer negotiation and sales team leadership abilities, and experience in seasonal product promotion strategies.
