We’re now looking for a Manager – AI/ML Engineering to lead and scale our AI initiatives and shape the future of intelligent learning systems. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers. Research, prototype, and develop robust ML models, including deep learning and GenAI solutions. Oversee the full AI/ML project lifecycle — from data preprocessing to deployment and monitoring. Guide the team in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs using methods like distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and RLHF. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate business problems into ML solutions. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production. Define and enforce best practices in MLOps, model management, and experimentation. Stay on the cutting edge of AI by exploring and applying emerging trends and technologies. You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 7+ years of experience in building AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer science fundamentals. Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Proficiency with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure ML). Solid understanding of MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management. Experience with LLM fine-tuning and training methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills. A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and mentorship. Preferred Skills: Experience working with generative AI frameworks. A portfolio or track record of creative AI/ML applications.
