Manager/ Assistant General Manager/ General Manager- Business development

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E.- Civil with more than 15 Yrs. Plus Exp.

Candidate Desired Profile:

Should have Experience in participant in the infrastructure sector with putting together major tenders & Bids , domestic and international for Buildings / Roads / Water/ Irrigation / Mining / Oil & Gas.

Job Description :

  • Should have good communication and presentation who is active participant in the infrastructure sector with putting together major tender bids , domestic and international for Buildings, Roads, Water, Irrigation, Mining and Oil & Gas.
  • Identification of Business Trends and movements in infrastructure industry, present and potential player in the industry, changing market dynamics
  • Conceptualization and implementation of business development strategies, targets, short term & long term plans. Making business proposals.
  • Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets
  • Should have knowledge in pre-bid/post-bid analysis, market analysis identifying JV partners etc. and ready to travel extensively
  • Data bank updation for clients, JV partners consultants.
  • Prepare pre bid / Pre Application queries and attend / arrange to attend the PBMs
  • Coordinating with inhouse depts for Document purchase, Bid Securities, Credit Line Certificates, Solvency Certificates, Auditors Certificates, etc.
  • Estimation / Verification of Quantities in case of bidding of BOT Projects / Coordinating with Design Consultants
  • Coordinating with consultants for traffic surveys
  • Preperation of Rate Analysis and Financial Bid
  • Cheking the Technical Bid.
  • Follow up with clients for the RFQs /RFPs submitted and attending the Queries, Return of Bid Securities
  • Getting updated experience certificates for all ongoing Projects and Completion certificates for all Completed Projects.
  • Lead bid preparation, assessment and negotiations
  • Maintain Records and QMS (ISO)
  • Searching for tenders in Websites and Newspapers - Daily , Weekly and Monthly Tender status report to be submitted
  • Preperation of Eligibility criteria statement for RFQ / REPs in which Management is interested
  • Preperation of Project synopsis for the Projects being applied.
  • Quantity & Cost Estimation for respective Projects to be done
  • Material Surveys to be done
  • Update the Information required for Tendering.
