Job Description

As an experienced Manager/ Assistant Manager - Ad Sales at SonyLIV, your primary role will involve partial top-line and bottom-line responsibility of Digital Business for the North India region. Your responsibilities will include: - Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need. - Being SonyLIV's ambassador in the market for the agency relationship that you own and shaping up a long-term business plan for the client/agency to make SonyLIV the preferred destination. - Strategizing towards securing a steady base by acquiring long-term commitments. - Managing all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision. - Developing preferred partnerships with top digital advertisers through fact-finding on brands, marketing plans, and ensuring smooth execution of deals. - Account management through client servicing, customized properties/deals, and other digital brand solutions for critical launches. - Building, managing, and scaling a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies, and maintaining a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis. - Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to maximize ROI. - Account development to establish a long-term business association with clients. - Formulating and implementing innovative Advertising packages to maximize revenue opportunities with brands and agencies. In addition to the key responsibilities, the critical competencies required for this role include: Behavioral: - Leveraging relationships, building a strong network, and effective negotiations. Technical: - Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem. - Category & brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets. - High on ideation while creating brand solutions for clients in sync with their communication strategies. - Strong understanding of the market.
