SonyLIV is seeking an experienced Manager/ Assistant Manager - Ad Sales (North - LCS), Digital Business. The primary role of the incumbent is partial top-line and bottom-line responsibility of Digital Business for the North India region. The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA preferred with 4 - 10 years of total experience. Essential expertise in digital advertising sales background will be preferred, while TV Sales experience can also be considered. Desirable experience includes being well versed with client strategies and advertising agencies from North India and having strong agency & clients contacts. In this role, you will be responsible for various key responsibilities such as maximizing monetization opportunities, creating a digital brand need, shaping up a long-term business plan for the client/agency, managing stakeholder relationships, developing preferred partnerships with top digital advertisers, and managing a revenue pipeline with advertisers and agencies. You will also be tasked with effective sales planning, account development, formulating and implementing innovative advertising packages, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Critical competencies required include leveraging relationships, building a strong network, having effective negotiations, and possessing a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem. The successful candidate must be bright, quick, and a team player with the ability to establish quality relationships across the organization through professionalism, ethics, and mutual respect.
