Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations:Managing daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Reporting and Analysis:Preparing and submitting financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
• Compliance:Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and other relevant regulations.
• Team Management:Leading and mentoring the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial closures and reconciliations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with other departments.
• Auditing:Coordinating with internal and external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
• Relationship Management:Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, including vendors and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), MBA (Finance), or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a specific industry or sector like facility management, construction, or healthcare.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (like Tally), MS Excel, and strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Soft Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Compliance Knowledge:In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,907.22 - ₹60,000.00 per month
