Job Description

dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Accounts & Finance (Finance Controller)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports to the CFO/Director Finance.
  • Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, direct/indirect taxation, and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial discipline.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to assist in strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team, ensuring efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Part-qualified

    CA

    with completed Articleship, or

  • CMA Qualified

    with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or

  • CMA Finalist

    with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in

    ERP systems

    and

    Advanced MS Excel

    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee or willingness to learn about the coffee industry.
