Management Trainees Electric Vehicle Division

As a Management Trainee at Propel Industries in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Truck Division, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on promoting next-generation EV dumper trucks in various sectors. Your role will involve assisting in sales and marketing activities to drive adoption of EV dumper trucks in industries such as mining, logistics, and manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, supporting lead generation and customer outreach, and collaborating with the marketing team on digital campaigns and promotional activities. You will also be responsible for preparing sales presentations, attending industry events and trade shows, and engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions. To excel in this role, you will need an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field with an engineering background. You should have a strong interest in electric mobility and sustainable transportation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
