Role Overview: As a Management Trainee Talent Acquisition at our company, you will be part of a dynamic HR team, specifically focusing on talent acquisition. This 6-month trainee program is tailored for high-potential MBA graduates from Tier 1 business schools who are enthusiastic about pursuing a career in recruitment. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates to promote our company as an employer of choice. - Manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and provide a smooth candidate experience. - Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs. - Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and offer insights to enhance sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire. Qualification Required: - Must have an MBA from a Tier 1 business school. - Possess strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. - Demonstrate high levels of aggressiveness, tenacity, and action-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills. - Exhibit a go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
