About The Role: Management Trainee

Management Trainee

You will work on the frontlineslearning how campaigns are designed and executed, how territory teams are managed, how sales conversions are driven, and how client relationships are built. You will also get exposure to back-end functions such as planning, analytics, reporting and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training and rotations across departments: field sales, campaign execution, client servicing, process & operations, territory management
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating field teams, client interactions, and on-ground activations
  • Support sales team to meet targets via direct/retail/contract/technical sales channels
  • Monitor performance metrics (conversion rates, sales revenues vs targets, cost per acquisition etc.) and prepare reports
  • Help maintain quality and compliance with SOPs, CRM and tools used for field operations
  • Participate in problem-solving, process improvement, and feedback loops to optimize operations
  • Over time, take increasing ownership over small teams / territories under guidance

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; comfort with face-to-face customer interaction
  • High degree of initiative, with willingness to work in field conditions (travel, outdoor, flexible hours)
  • Analytical mindset: ability to work with numbers, track metrics, understand performance data
  • Ability to learn quickly & adapt; openness to feedback & continuous improvement
  • Leadership potential: interest in moving into people / team / territory management over time
  • Basic tech-savviness: comfortable using mobile apps, CRM, data entry, digital tools
