Job Description

Role Overview: As a Management Trainee at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in supporting the RFx execution process, RFx analysis, supplier capability assessment, and document and PO management. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Providing support for RFx (RFI/RFP/Survey) Execution, with an expected volume of 200 RFx per year. This involves assisting the CDSC team with Ariba sourcing events, including sourcing event creation, support for suppliers and stakeholders, and compilation and distribution of sourcing event responses. - Conducting RFx Analysis by analyzing and reporting results from event scorecards. You will support with analytics and sourcing proposal presentation preparation. - Assisting in RFI for Supplier Capability/Readiness by helping CDSC category managers identify suppliers for existing and new regions. This includes supporting the supplier capabilities questionnaire process. - Managing Documents and Purchase Orders (PO) by preparing ARL, SSR, and CCPE approval processes as requested by category managers. You will monitor and facilitate approval processes, escalate blockages, and provide operational support for purchase agreements and purchase orders for CDSC projects. Qualification Required: Minimum qualifications: - Any graduate degree - Good communication and analytical skills Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing - Effective probing and analyzing skills - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in written English with a good English accent - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email communication - Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail and a "first time right" attitude - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, with good processing speed (Note: No additional details of the company are present in the provided Job Description),
