Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, confident, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in various business functions and kick-start their corporate career.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)

· Support the team in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager

· Research market trends and competitor strategies to suggest optimizations

· Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency

· Manage social media accounts and engage with online audiences

· Help in building and maintaining paid ad campaigns across platforms

· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Key Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Confident personality with a strong desire to learn and grow

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and concepts

· Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools is a plus

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic Excel skills

· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any relevant field

· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks

· Immediate availability preferred
