Job Description

HIRING MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (MBA 2023, 2024 & 2025 PASS OUT BATCH)

Job Location: Bangalore

Selected management trainees will be offered structured on the job training in sales and distribution to enable them to take on front line sales responsibility (Area Sales Manager). They will be exposed to General Trade sales for our Kuhl BLDC Fans.

They will be required to interact with distributors / direct dealers / retailers / LFR and will be responsible to drive primary, secondary and tertiary sale of BLDC KUHL FANS.

Candidates must have a valid driving license and two wheeler for daily market visits (these expenses will be reimbursed).

Kent offers a very competitive compensation and professional learning environment along with benefits like PF, gratuity and insurance. A higher compensation can be considered for candidates for 2023 & 2024 batch if they have relevant work experience in FAN trade.

Candidates should have a high energy level and should be a go-getter. Preference for Candidates who are native of Bangalore or have working knowledge of Kannada language along with English and Hindi

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and will be required to appear for a Virtual Video call for initial screening.

Candidates will be invited for joining at our NOIDA Head Office and will undergo a detailed Induction and Training program for 10 days and thereafter will be sent to the posting location.Role & responsibilities
