Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Management Trainee for a short-term internship. The ideal candidate will assist in managing social media platforms, contributing content ideas, and supporting design tasks aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Collaborate on social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
Support basic graphic design needs using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
Stay updated with trends and suggest creative content ideas
Monitor engagement and prepare basic performance reports

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for digital content and social media
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Good communication skills and a sense of aesthetics
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
