Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product requirement documentation.

• Support in defining product roadmaps, user stories, and feature enhancements.

• Monitor and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure business efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.

• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics. • Work closely with Product, Tech, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Coordinate between business and technical teams for timely deliverables.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.

• Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodology, or business operations.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
