Management Trainee

What You’ll Do

• Jump into day-to-day operations and support across multiple functions
• Take ownership of tasks based on skills- research, content, coordination, events, strategy, anything!
• Work closely with the core team on diverse projects
• Be part of the startup ecosystem activities PedalStart drives
• Think fast, act faster, and always bring that hustler mindset

• A strong understanding of multiple domains and business operations
• A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

• Adaptability
