Job Description

HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Management Trainees to assist in Operations, Client Servicing, and B2B Coordination for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and management students seeking hands-on experience in Operations Management, Order Processing, and Client Servicing.

Roles Responsibilities

Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination Handle Client Servicing, Client Coordination, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Learn and implement Operations Client Servicing Best Practices in a B2B Manufacturing Environment

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MCom, MSc Freshers or recent management graduates with interest in Operations, Client Servicing, Manufacturing Operations, B2B Coordination, and Back Office Operations can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Leadership Potential
