Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Kochi. The Management Trainee will assist in the development, research and implementation of projects, company policies, handle administrative tasks, and support various departments in their strategic objectives. Daily tasks will include detailed research and updation on given tasks and topics, attending meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, comparison studies, performance analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Administrative and coordination skills, including ability to manage schedules, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
• Research and analysis skills, including market research and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
