We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Management Trainee Cloud Sales to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in cloud technology sales. As a Management Trainee, you will go through structured on-the-job training and mentorship to understand Azure cloud platforms, customer engagement strategies, and end-to-end sales processes. You will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities in the cloud services domain. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the cloud services space. Learn and understand different cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their service offerings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support go-to-market strategies. Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation for client meetings. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate cloud solutions under guidance. Track and manage sales leads, pipeline status, and CRM updates. Collaborate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and delivery alignment. Participate in training programs to develop cloud and sales-related skills. Qualifications & Skills: MBA (Marketing / IT / Business) or B.Tech with a strong interest in cloud sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a passion for technology and sales. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
