Qualification:

Experience: Fresher Candidate must have.

1. Good Communication Skills
2. Readiness to learn new technologies/ solutions in Design solving and troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent problem-solving and trouble
4. Willingness to travel Parametric, etc
5. Candidate should have Knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric or any other 3D CAD Software.
6. Knowledge of any CAE software like ANSYS etc will be added advantage.

Below are the activities Management Trainee Management Trainee is supposed to do:

Pre-Sales Activities:

1. Give a Pre-Sales Technical Demo & a standard presentation to Customer showing the capability of PTC Creo / Other Software’s.
2. Have one to one interaction with Customer and capture their requirement according to their work profile and then deliver a Customized Technical Demo showing how PTC Creo / Other Software can help them in their work profile.
3. Technical help to Sales Executives to close the Sales deals

Post-sales Activities:

1. Configuration / Installation of Creo / Other Software at Customer End.
2. Providing Training at Customer premises according to the requirement of Customer.
3. Provide technical solutions for the queries raised by Customer (At Customer premises or through remote control.
4. Regularly visit all customers & maintain a good relationship with Customer.
