Business / Sales Head: Softcell is a trusted IT Systems Integrator and solution provider to enterprise customers in India. As we expand our focus businesses, we are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to take charge of one of our core business units. Role Summary: As a Business / Sales Head, you will lead the GTM strategy, revenue growth, customer engagement, and team leadership for a key business unit at Softcell. The role demands both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to scale the business nationally. You will engage closely with CIOs/CTOs, understand their evolving priorities - including AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and secure mobility - and align Softcell’s solutions accordingly. This role also includes developing impactful use cases around digital workplace solutions and high-performance computing devices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the GTM strategy aligned to enterprise and regulated industry segments Drive adoption of emerging IT themes like AI-readiness, Zero Trust security, hybrid cloud, and secure mobility Build success stories with early adopters and scale / replicate with enterprises of similar nature. Strengthen relationships with OEMs and align with their strategic priorities Deliver on revenue, margin, and KPI goals; track and manage performance rigorously Build and lead a cross-functional team including sales, pre-sales, post-sales, and operations Prepare teams to engage in digital workplace transformation, device lifecycle services, and intelligent automation initiatives Ideal Profile: 15–20 years of enterprise IT sales experience, including 5+ years in a P&L or business head role Proven success in scaling solution-led sales teams and building repeatable GTM models Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, automation, enterprise mobility, and AI use cases Strong OEM engagement experience and executive-level customer relationship management Excellent communication, strategic planning, and execution skills Willingness to travel pan-India to engage with customers and partners Why Softcell: Opportunity to lead and scale a high-potential business unit Trusted brand with deep OEM partnerships and long-standing enterprise relationships Strategic focus on AI, cybersecurity, cloud, digital workplace, and high-performance computing Performance-driven culture, entrepreneurial environment, and long-term growth opportunity Apply now to be a part of Softcell’s next growth chapter.
