Requirement: Graduate/Post Graduate 8 to 15 years of work experience Good communication skills Roles and Responsibilities: The MR is a key point of contact for top management, relaying information about the management system's performance and communicating top management's expectations to the team. Ensures that the necessary processes for the management system are established, implemented, and maintained. Awareness: Promotes awareness of customer requirements and the importance of the management system throughout the organization. Reports to top management on the performance of the management system, highlighting areas for improvement and potential issues. Responsible for providing training on the management system and related procedures to employees. Oversee or conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the management system. Involved in preparing for and facilitating management review meetings, where the overall performance of the system is reviewed and improvements are discussed. Act as a liaison with certification bodies or other external parties related to the management system. Responsible for maintaining records and documentation related to the management system. Involved in investigating and implementing corrective actions to address non-conformances.
