· Collection of data/ MIS reporting.
. Formulate the system to give information in all departments.
· Process improvement methodologies implementation.
· Reporting top management about performance review of Quality, Production & Maintenance.
· Timely availing of gauges/ instrument in production department for efficient production.
· Succession planning for business development.
· Manage the technical issues in operations of the department.
· Facilitating communication in all departments.
· Co-ordinate with other external business association.
· Planning, managing and conducting audits.
· Calibration of instrument & gauges.
· Preparation of production target report.
· Identify Quality standards.
· Plant & machinery maintenance if there is any technical issue.
