Brief Institutional Profile

Located in Guwahati, Assam, the university is a leading private institution established through state legislation in 2013 and formally notified as such. It hosts a dedicated Ph.D. Cell to serve as a central research hub and offers a wide range of academic schools across disciplines like management, engineering, sciences, humanities, law, design, and fine arts.

Job Description: Professor of Management

Position:

Responsibilities:

Teach management courses (at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels) with excellence and innovation.
Supervise and mentor Ph.D. scholars (at least one scholar expected).
Lead and contribute to research activities, having published a minimum of 12 research papers.
Design and deliver curriculum aligned with current academic standards and industry needs.
Engage in academic service including participation in committees, workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements:

A minimum of
10 years of teaching and academic experience
at a recognized college or university.
Demonstrated research output: at least
12 published research papers
in reputable journals or conferences.
Proven ability to supervise doctoral-level research, with at least
one successful Ph.D. scholar
to date.
