Management Information Systems Specialist

As an MIS Specialist at Suwasthi, a fast-growing leader in the Ayurvedic healthcare industry, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Advanced Excel to manage and analyze large-scale data for logistics and sales BPO operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **MIS & Dashboard Management** - Develop, maintain, and automate dynamic and static dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools to visualize sales, operations, and logistics data. - Build real-time data dashboards for team-level, agent-level, and process-level performance monitoring. - Ensure all key metrics (KPIs) are accurately represented and updated for data-driven decision-making. - **Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting** - Utilize Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, VBA, etc.) for detailed data representation and trend analysis. - Create reports to track sales performance, logistics efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer satisfaction. - Develop data-driven insights to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - **Cross-Team Collaboration** - Work closely with Sales, HR, and Logistics teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reports. - Support Sales teams in planning and performance evaluation through data insights. - Assist logistics teams with route optimization, order fulfillment tracking, and efficiency improvements. - **Process Automation & Optimization** - Automate data collection, validation, and reporting processes to minimize manual intervention. - Optimize data workflows for faster and more efficient MIS reporting across departments. - Implement best practices for data governance, security, and accuracy. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience & Industry Knowledge** - Minimum 5 years of experience in an MIS role within logistics or large sales BPOs. - Proven expertise in managing high-volume data related to logistics tracking, sales performance, and operational metrics. - **Technical Proficiency** - Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Power Query). - Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of SQL queries for database management and data extraction (preferred). - **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills** - Strong analytical mindset to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. - Ability to convert raw data into meaningful visual insights for stakeholders. - Expertise in handling large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - **Soft Skills & Collaboration** - Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
