About the Role:

Management Associate to Director

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Director in business operations and decision-making.
• Conduct

  data research, market analysis, cost evaluation

  and assist in preparing business strategies.
• Draft, review and coordinate

  agreements, contracts and business documentation

  .
• Manage

  internal coordination

  with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
• Support

  client relations, finance tracking, and payment follow-ups

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  MIS reports, presentations and business dashboards

  for reviews.
• Assist in

  event planning, business meetings and corporate communication

  .
• Coordinate

  seed finance-related activities

  and ensure timely execution of financial tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure task alignment with the Directors business vision and priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.

• 02 years of relevant experience

  (fresher with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Ability to handle

  data research, analysis and reporting

  with accuracy.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  and online research tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
