We are seeking a dynamic and highlymotivated individual to join our team as a Management Assistant forManufacturing IT and Manufacturing Intelligence. This role offers a uniqueopportunity to work closely with the Director, offering strategic insights andsupport in the fast-paced and evolving landscape of manufacturing technologyand intelligence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shapingthe future of our organization by providing strategic guidance, leveragingtechnology, and driving operational excellence. As a management Assistant,you will work closely with Director/s for NNE India.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with theDirector to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives, makingdata-driven decisions that enhance manufacturing IT and intelligencecapabilities. Data Analysis: Utilize your expertise in data analysis to collect andinterpret data from various sources, identifying opportunities for processimprovement, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency. Technology Integration: Assess emerging technologies and trends inmanufacturing IT and intelligence, providing data-driven recommendations ontheir adoption. Project Management: Employ data analysis to assist in managing projectsrelated to manufacturing IT and intelligence, ensuring they are delivered ontime and within budget. Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, utilizingdata-driven insights to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, andbest practices in manufacturing IT and intelligence. Documentation: Prepare data-driven reports, compelling PowerPointpresentations, and documentation to convey strategic insights andrecommendations to the Director and senior leadership. Stakeholder Communication: Leverage data analysis to build and maintaineffective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders,ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Advisory Support: Offer expert advice and data-driven recommendations tothe Director on business decisions and strategies, providing guidance onleveraging technology for competitive advantage. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to theDirector, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling othertasks as required. Who you are

To apply for the position there are some things thatare needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed foryou to do well in this role:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in a strategic consulting role, ideally within the manufacturing or IT industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in creating data-driven PowerPoint presentations. Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar. Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, IoT, and Industry 4.0 is a plus. Project management experience is a bonus. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
