Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Organization: ABL Education LLP Role Description ABL Makers' Hub is looking for a passionate and hands-on Educator/Mentor who thrives in a creative environment and loves working with young minds. As a Makers' Hub Educator, you'll lead sessions in Robotics, 3D Printing, Coding, IoT, and Tinkering , guiding students to learn through building, experimenting, and innovating. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of India’s maker movement and contribute directly to #ViksitBharat by shaping future innovators. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging, hands-on workshops and learning sessions for students (ages 8–18) Guide learners in using maker tools: Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, laser cutters, robotics kits, etc. Assist students in developing projects and preparing for competitions like the Kr8ivity League Curate and update curriculum content for STEM/Maker sessions Ensure safe and responsible use of all tools and equipment Provide mentorship and technical support during open lab hours Collaborate with school partners during field visits or on-site workshops Contribute to community events, innovation fairs, and demo days at the Hub Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Education / Design or relevant field (Diploma holders with strong hands-on skills may apply) Experience or strong interest in STEM education, robotics, electronics, or 3D design Excellent communication and classroom management skills Creative problem solver with a maker mindset Familiarity with tools like Tinkercad, Scratch, Arduino IDE, or similar platforms (preferred) Prior experience with students or youth engagement is a plus What We Offer: A dynamic and inspiring maker environment Continuous training in cutting-edge tools and technologies Opportunity to mentor young innovators and entrepreneurs Competitive salary with growth opportunities Access to national-level STEM events and projects Let’s make learning fun, hands-on, and truly transformative!
