Makerspace Educator

You will join ABL Makers" Hub located in Noida as a full-time Educator/Mentor at ABL Education LLP. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment and engage with young minds. Your primary responsibilities will include leading sessions in Robotics, 3D Printing, Coding, IoT, and Tinkering, where you will guide students to learn through building, experimenting, and innovating. Your key responsibilities will involve facilitating hands-on workshops and learning sessions for students aged 8-18, assisting them in using maker tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, robotics kits, and more. You will also support students in developing projects and preparing for competitions like the Kr8ivity League. Curating and updating curriculum content for STEM/Maker sessions, ensuring the safe use of tools and equipment, and providing mentorship and technical support during open lab hours will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with school partners during field visits or workshops and contribute to community events, innovation fairs, and demo days at the Hub. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Education, Design, or a relevant field. However, Diploma holders with strong hands-on skills are also encouraged to apply. Experience or a keen interest in STEM education, robotics, electronics, or 3D design, along with excellent communication and classroom management skills, will be beneficial. A creative problem-solving mindset, familiarity with tools like Tinkercad, Scratch, Arduino IDE, or similar platforms, and prior experience in student or youth engagement are desirable qualifications.
