As an Educator/Mentor at ABL Makers" Hub, you will play a crucial role in guiding young minds through hands-on learning experiences in Robotics, 3D Printing, Coding, IoT, and Tinkering. Your passion for creativity and innovation will help shape future innovators and contribute to #ViksitBharat. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for students aged 8-18 - Guide students in using maker tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D printers, robotics kits, etc. - Assist students in project development and competition preparation, like the Kr8ivity League - Curate and update curriculum content for STEM/Maker sessions - Ensure safe and responsible use of tools and equipment - Provide mentorship and technical support during open lab hours - Collaborate with school partners for field visits and workshops - Contribute to community events, innovation fairs, and demo days at the Hub **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Education, Design, or relevant field (Diploma holders with strong hands-on skills may apply) - Experience or strong interest in STEM education, robotics, electronics, or 3D design - Excellent communication and classroom management skills - Creative problem solver with a maker mindset - Familiarity with tools like Tinkercad, Scratch, Arduino IDE, or similar platforms (preferred) - Prior experience in student or youth engagement is a plus Joining ABL Makers" Hub offers you a dynamic and inspiring maker environment where you will receive continuous training in cutting-edge tools and technologies.
