Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers in the Mid-Market segment
  • Develop relationship and engage with Medium to Large segment corporate clients
  • Penetrate existing accounts for new line of business
  • Build and maintain a Healthy funnel in terms of Quality and Quantity
  • Understand market opportunity, industry trends, competition offering on products, services and price
  • Leading from the front and is Ample face and the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders
  • Build an always active deals pipeline with a high velocity conversion rate
  • Accurately forecasting and meeting revenue targets

Key Requisites

  • Good selling & negotiation skills
  • Customer-facing experience is mandatory
  • Customer-minded attitude
  • Good analytical skills & aptitude for self-learning
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge of AMPLE processes and service offerings
  • Strong skill in account mapping
  • Flexible & Pro-active
