Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum qualification of Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities: - Acquisition of new customers in the Mid-Market segment. - Develop relationships and engage with Medium to Large segment corporate clients. - Penetrate existing accounts for a new line of business. - Build and maintain a healthy funnel in terms of quality and quantity. - Understand market opportunities, industry trends, and competition offerings on products, services, and price. - Lead from the front and be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. - Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders. - Build an always active deals pipeline with a high velocity conversion rate. - Accurately forecast and meet revenue targets. Key Requisites: - Good selling and negotiation skills. - Customer-facing experience is mandatory. - Customer-minded attitude. - Good analytical skills and aptitude for self-learning. - Rapidly acquire knowledge of AMPLE processes and service offerings. - Strong skill in account mapping. - Flexible and proactive.,
