As a Maintenance Supervisor, your role involves coordinating with various departments for facility upkeep and maintenance across different scopes such as Electrical, Mechanical, Civil work, Medical gases, Carpentry, Plumbing solutions, Non-medical equipments, UPS, Air-conditioning, EPABX, Sewage Treatment Plant, and Lifts/elevators. Your responsibilities include ensuring user satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly, managing water supply to hospitals, overseeing electrical supply distribution, implementing maintenance plans for mechanical devices and hospital vehicles, and supporting various inter-departmental facilitation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with concerned departments for facility upkeep and maintenance across various scopes - Address patient/user complaints related to maintenance promptly - Ensure continuous water supply to hospitals and prepare backup plans during water shortages - Maintain and monitor electricity supply to all identified areas, including implementing outage plans - Oversee maintenance of mechanical devices/equipments and hospital vehicles - Support IT, CSSD, and projects team with maintenance tasks - Assist in organizing in-house events and purchase-related activities - Coordinate disaster management activities and training responsibilities - Monitor quality indicators and work towards cost-effective programs - Control financial areas related to maintenance operations - Implement workplace safety measures and uphold ethical standards Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in maintenance supervision roles - Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to lead and train departmental staff effectively - Familiarity with quality control procedures and financial management - Proficiency in disaster management and workplace safety protocols The company emphasizes workplace safety and ethics, ensuring the availability of protective equipment for maintenance staff and promoting a respectful work environment.
