Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities – AM - Engineering (Maintenance Planner) Coordination with User Departments: Liaise with internal customers to ensure equipment availability for Preventive Maintenance (PM). Execution and Recording of PM Activities: Carry out preventive maintenance as per the planned schedule and document completion in respective checklists. Checklist Maintenance: Maintain and update preventive maintenance checklists for all relevant equipment. Schedule Review and Closure: Review the preventive maintenance schedule monthly and ensure closure of all tasks by the end of each month. SOP Preparation: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for preventive maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment. Breakdown Management: Respond to unscheduled breakdowns, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution within the designated timeframe. Trend Analysis: Conduct annual trend analysis on breakdowns occurring within the facility. Daily Monitoring of Utility Equipment: Monitor critical parameters of utility equipment such as boilers, air compressors, DG sets, and water plants that impact manufacturing and product quality. Logbook Maintenance: Maintain detailed logbooks recording daily monitoring activities for critical utility equipment. SOPs for Monitoring: Prepare SOPs related to monitoring of utility equipment. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned based on department or workplace requirements. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and modification activities. Application Handling: Utilize and manage systems like SAP, JDE, and CAMS for maintenance planning and tracking.
