Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong computer skills required. Will be required to navigate multiple programs (6+) at a rapid pace Required to have knowledge of SAP Must have strong communication skills and works well within a team environment Scheduling experience using Primavera P6 Core Responsibilities Create and manage job plans for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance Develop work packs with all required details (materials, tools, manpower) Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks using CMMS (SAP PM/Fiori) Optimize backlog management and ensure efficient execution Track KPIs related to work order execution and continuous improvement Preferred Skills 7+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning (not just execution) Proficiency in SAP PM, Fiori, or CMMS tools Experience in Oil & Gas, Process Industry, or similar fields Knowledge of both rotating and static equipment maintenance planning Show more Show less
