As a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor in a furniture manufacturing company and office, the ideal candidate should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in the field. Ensuring the reliable operation of all equipment, facilities, and systems will be crucial in your role. You must also prioritize safety and compliance by adhering to regulations and environmental standards. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and performance data, will be part of your routine tasks. Problem-solving skills will be essential as you identify and resolve maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
