Job Description

Hello Dear, Greetings!! We are having opening of Maintenance Manager profile with Leading Chemical Manufacturing for Vapi Location. Qualification : B.E. Mechanical Experience : 16 to 21 Years Industry Preference : Specialty Chemicals Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime. Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc. Lead installation & commissioning of new equipment and projects. Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms . Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs. Handle maintenance budgeting , spares planning, and cost control. Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors . Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments. Drive continuous improvement , 5S, and reliability initiatives.
