Job Purpose Overall responsibility of Maintenance work with consistency, and safety.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

 Prioritize the maintenance work in line with production requirements.

 Proactively highlight issues related to any equipment.

 Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees of maintenance department.

 Co-ordinate work to be performed internally and by external vendors.

 Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates

 Execute the PM plan in a true manner to avoid major failures.

 Control and monitor inventory of the department.  Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.

 Provide the technical feedback on equipment’s to ensure the points are incorporated during new machines ordering.

 Monitoring of energy data and action to be taken on energy savings..

 Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write in English. Handling Manpower and Communication .

 Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. Required Skill Set:

 Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimizeteam performance and development.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Experience with assembly to handle team .

 Time management and estimation skills for providing management with accurate schedule requirements for project fulfillment. Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a variety of tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Industry Automobiles/Pharma /Packaging. 8 to 9 hours rotational shift
