Maintenance Manager

In this role you ll make an impact by:-

1. Manage the Operations and Maintenance of Utility & Maintenance of Process Equipment s.
2. Support complete Mumbai site including SCO/ETP/Water treat-ment for maintenance and utility 3. Manage and comply the operations of effluent treatment plant 4. Prepare and comply with all the legal requirement related to utili-ty department 5. Recruitment and Interview of Maintenance personnel as per need. Also allocating right resources to meet site requirement 6. Approval and identification of training needs of subordinates. Prepare training matrix. 7. Preparing & Tracking of Budget for Maintenance (AMC/ Calibra-tion / Spares). 8. Define the Scope of work to the subordinates with respective the up gradation / Modification activities. 9. Identifying Key Responsible Areas and distributing the tasks 10. Prepare / Review of User Requirement Specifications and FDS for new equipment. 11. BOQ preparation, Technical Review with vendor and making technical comparison 12. Review Design Qualification, Functional Design Specifications for new equipment. 13. Approval of maintenance related QMS & EHS documents. 14. Reviewing of IQ, OQ & PQ protocols. 15. Reviewing documents such as calibration, test certificate, valida-tion documents. 16. Ensure the EMS responsibility at the department level are aligned the EMS requirements of NZIN EMS Guiding docu-ment. 17. Ensure all maintenance activities are compliance with ISO, GMP and ZEAL standards. 19. Also support new investment project interms of design verifica-tion 20. Also prepare and review investment proposal for Mumbai site 21. Support site investment projects by providing technical input and execution at site level 22. Build the new concept for utility and prepare a proposal to re-place.

Potentially relevant experience:

1. Qualification - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

2. minimum 10-15 years of experience

3 Analytical thinking and good communication skill

4 Plant working experience
